Three teachers from Spain at the Public Service Language Centre on a Job Shadowing visit under Erasmus+

On April 20-24 this year, three foreign language teachers from the EOI (Escuela Oficial de Idiomas) network of language schools in Spain—Christian, Laura, and Ángel—visited the Public Service Language Centre for a job shadowing visit. During their visit, they familiarized themselves with the Centre’s language teaching methods and work culture, observed classes, and met and interacted with students, teachers, and the Centre’s administration. They discussed topics such as work organization, language teaching methodology, GI exam organization, management, and educational leadership. The teachers were also interested in the history and culture of our country, particularly Lithuania’s path to independence. They visited history and art museums, the Lithuanian Parliament building, participated in tours of Vilnius, and visited Trakai and Kaunas. Christian, Laura, and Ángel are grateful to the Centre’s team for the warm and friendly welcome, as well as for sharing their experience working at the Centre.
